I have finally bought one! So far, I have made vanilla and coffee. LUSH! I want to start experimenting with crazy flavours now :D

I really want to get back into drawing and sketching - I have some supplies from Amazon so hopefully during the summer holidays I will be able to really get back into it!

Second attempt at macaroons...

These went a lot better! They are definitely not pretty (yet!) But this time they actually turned out looking like little macaroons - with feet!

I am very proud of them! :)

Cooking for friends...

This evening I am cooking for some ladies from work. I don't really tend to 'cook' for others, I mainly bake so I am a little nervous!

I am cooking chicken korma and creme brulee.

The creme brulees have just come out of the oven - I am a little nervous as they are still quite wobbly but I am assured by blogs etc that this is normal so fingers crossed! :)

Birthday Cakes

Baked a victoria sponge and a chocolate cake for a birthday at work.

I was told by one lady that it was the 'best Victoria sponge she'd ever tasted.' I'm rather proud! :D
